True ending requirements

Community routes agree on two central requirements: keep at least $250 for the ending and do not call Clyde. Treat this as launch-period community guidance until an official source documents the ending logic.

Protect the run

  1. Avoid killing human customers because a single fine can remove the route's narrow cash margin.
  2. Complete cleaning, restocking, and owner events instead of rushing directly to the end of a shift.
  3. Collect event rewards and use the post-shift reward opportunities available to your run.
  4. Keep enough cash for required payments rather than treating the displayed total as fully spendable.
  5. Do not call Clyde when the story offers that choice.

Why a run can finish short

Missed store tasks, human-customer penalties, skipped events, and random run variation can all reduce the final margin. If a run repeatedly ends a few dollars short, review penalties and missed rewards before changing the ending decision.
