Quick answer

[Official] The launch FAQ lists server locations in China, the United States, Germany, Singapore, and Brazil. It also confirms cross-platform matchmaking.

[Official] Store accounts registered in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands download the North American build by default and can access only the North American server located in the United States. The developer said broader region unlocking was still being worked on in its pre-launch AMA.

[Community-tested] Current players report both brief severe ping spikes and teleporting or delayed hit registration at otherwise normal displayed ping. Those reports establish that the symptom exists; they do not prove one universal cause or fix.

Check which region rules apply

  1. Check the country registered on the store account. Do not assume physical location alone determines the downloaded build.
  2. If the account is registered in one of the five North American territories named in the FAQ, expect the North American build and US server restriction.
  3. For other regions, compare the in-game server assignment with the official locations: China, US, Germany, Singapore, and Brazil.
  4. Confirm whether the issue affects every match or only selected matches. A stable high ping suggests distance or assignment; intermittent spikes may indicate a different server or route problem.
  5. Record cross-platform party composition when reporting a matchmaking issue because cross-platform matchmaking is officially supported.

Distinguish high ping from desync

High displayed ping measures latency, but it does not describe every network symptom. Players currently report rubber-banding, enemy teleporting, and delayed hit registration even when the display shows roughly 30-45 ms.

If FPS drops at the same time, run one graphics-baseline check. If the frame rate is steady while remote actors teleport, report it as a network or synchronization symptom rather than applying more graphics tweaks.

What to include in a support report

  1. Store-account country and physical country.
  2. Displayed server region or build, if the client shows it.
  3. Displayed ping before and during the problem.
  4. Whether the symptom is steady latency, a short spike, rubber-banding, delayed hits, or disconnects.
  5. Match time, party platforms, and whether the same symptom repeats in a second match.

What is not confirmed

The official FAQ does not document a manual server selector for every build, and the AMA describes region unlocking as work in progress. Do not promise that players can freely move between all five locations.
